SunVTS "faild to connect to <hostname>"

Guten Tach

Ich moechte gerne auf meiner Sol10 U4 x86 Maschine VTS starten, jedoch will der nicht so ganz:

[root@ragnaros] /var/tmp
 # /opt/SUNWvts/bin/sunvts -vt
The product/version: SunVTS/6.4

Failed to connect to ragnaros

Es ist VTS 6.4, wie man sieht, und PS2 (patch 136678-01)

Google / Sunsolve helfen bzw. finden auch nichts, dass mich weiterbringen koennte.


Mit der Namensaufloesung sehe ich kein Problem.
Der Rechner ist im DNS eingetragen und auch aufloesbar (schon seit Ewigkeiten) und im /etc/hosts ..

# more /etc/hosts
#
# Internet host table
#
::1     localhost       
127.0.0.1       localhost       
192.168.0.80    ragnaros        loghost

.. schaut auch alles ok aus?

du hast da wohl die sparc vts version installiert... ich meine es gibt auch eine extra vts version für x86.

Solche dummen Fehler hab ich alle schon 20 mal ueberprueft :)
(Bis auf denjenigen, denn ich vergessen habe und sehr wahrscheindlich der Grund fuer all das ist)
