Well, I think so, too. So I gave my sysstat utility a major
overhaul and added multicast support. Now one can
monitor several machines on the network from a single
terminal or as soon marketing might say, the whole
computer - really convenient!

Just start sysstat with option -d on all machines, you
want to monitor. Then start it without an option.
Then all hosts were a sysstat were started will pop up
- even the ones were a colleage started it
(with or without option -d).

Ich habs nicht probiert, weil ich auf meinen altem Kisten
nicht mit Kompilieren anfangen will. Wenn irgendjemand
da ein Paket bauen würde ...

das hat früher mal geklappt und jetzt vermutlich auch noch. Da ich das SUNWspro Paket per NFS geshared habe ist es auch Ladde ob ich nun kopiere oder einmal make install tippe.

Kleines Update.

Thomas hat auf Anfrage einen Teil der iostats für Platten eingebaut. Heisst wait/busy und Co werden jetzt auch angezeigt, also 3 oder 4 der da vorhandenen Outputs. Ist jetzt halt ein Teil von iostat -xnCc -T mit eingebaut. Screen kann ich nicht liefern, bin im Urlaub und hab kein Sparc Solaris dabei...und bin für den Rest zu faul :D und hab keine Ahnung wie ich unter Solaris in dieses Wlan hier komme  ;D ;D
Ich hatte mal angefangen ein tar + script zu bauen welches die binaries letztendlich in die Systeme schiebt, hab aber nicht mehr weitergemacht. Thomas schrub mir das es derzeit geplant ist sysstat auf Blastwave zu bringen.

Sysstat ist mittlerweile als Binariepaket bei OpenCSW verfügbar. http://opencsw.org/packages/sysstat
Geht problemlos mit dem dortigen pkg-get inkl der Abhängigkeiten.  :) :) :)
