"The dual processor machine commissioned in October was only able to cope with the ever-increasing access rates for a short period of time, so, about a month ago , we transferred the dictionary onto a new computer and tested it on the quiet. Thanks to a very LEO-friendly offer courtesy of Sun, all shortcomings should be eliminated in the foreseeable future. The new server is a Sun Fire V880 with 8 processors, 16GB memory (RAM) and a gigabit network connection. Many many thanks to Sun for accommodating our humble resources in this way, and thus enabling the dictionary to operate smoothly and free of charge!"
