Solaris 8 ISO images
« am: 24. Juli 2007, 09:27:31 »
Hallo,

http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/9/licensing/policies.xml

"Solaris 8 Operating System has now reached the end of its shipping life, and on August 16, 2006 Sun announced the transition of this release:

Last order date is November 16, 2006
Last ship date is February 16, 2007
End of service life will be March 31, 2012

A grace period until 8/15/2007 lets customers install Solaris 8 on NEW Sun systems they purchased without requiring purchase of a Right-To-Use (RTU) license."

Was beide Fälle angeht, solltest Du dich vermutlich eher an Sun wenden, als an uns.

=> http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/licensing/sla.xml

Andrew.
